Victorian Rose-Cut Diamond Pearl Earrings

The present pair of pearl earrings presents itself in a particularly elegant form. The two movable drop-shaped pearls swing under large rose-cut diamonds.

These earrings are a very successful "Marriage". Usually Marriages were made when an older piece of jewelry was no longer wearable, or no longer corresponded to the fashion.

A very successful Mariage is before us here:

The silver and diamond part are from the victorian era and were remodeled

at one part with new foils and hooks.  On them hang the beautiful pearls, that were probably part of a necklace. The caps of the pearls are set with rose-cut diamonds all around and sparkle all-view.

In the combination, all the antique elements can now achieve new effect.
