Antique pendant with Colombian Emeralds

This exceptional pendant — also wearable as a brooch — originates from Andalusia, Spain, and was crafted around 1800, during an era marked by exploration, cultural richness, and opulent goldsmithing artistry.

Made of 14–16k gold and set with vivid green Colombian emeralds, this piece reflects the splendor of a bygone age. The central emerald, measuring approximately 8 × 8 mm (in setting), is framed by finely pierced goldwork, characteristic of Iberian craftsmanship of the late Georgian and Isabeline periods.

Such rare pieces in this remarkable state of preservation are exceedingly difficult to find today — a true collector’s treasure for lovers of antique jewelry and historical beauty.
